Jack tells Ronnie his invitation must have gotten lost in the mail. Roxy comes in and wonders what he’s doing in there. He says he’s there to wish Ronnie luck. She whinges about her being part of the R&R. Roxy asks if she’s going to get the air conditioner fixed. Roxy heads back out, and Ronnie tells Jack she’s got a club to run. Jack tells her if she proves herself tonight he’ll be out of her hair. He wants to make sure his money is safe.
Dawn, Carly, and Shabnam are complaining about how hot it is and how there is a lack of good looking men. Jack walks up and talks to Roxy about the club. She tells him it’s all their hard work. He wonders if it was all their own money. Ronnie sends Roxy back to the music if she’s not going to get fans from the Vic.
Shirley, Vince, and Heather are in the bathroom. Heather is complaining about the heat and how that the music playing isn’t music. Shirley and Vince head out as Carly heads in. Carly doesn’t speak to them.
Billy bolts up, realizing he’s overslept by three hours. He asks Honey why she let him oversleep. She tells him he looked so peaceful she didn’t want to wake him. He hurries to put on his elf costume and rushes out, forgetting his elf hat.
Denise turns down the oven and apologizes for Kevin being late. Kevin comes in and welcomes Ian and Jane. Libby comes in and says she’s heading to Darren’s house.
Dot is working on putting together Jim’s broken mug. Bradley and Stacey ask if they can help with anything. Dot sends them on their way.
Billy comes in and meets Lydia. He apologizes but realizes he’s been replaced.
Carly meets Shirley in the bathroom. Carly asks her about her new boyfriend and how she has no time for Dean. Shirley shows her money and says that for every 20 quid she puts ten in her back pocket for him. She tells Carly she’s trying. Vinnie comes in and introduces himself. Shirley says he’s not her boyfriend. Vince says it’s a good thing he doesn’t take it to heart. He looks at Carly and says she got her mum’s looks.
Roxy encourages Ronnie to pursue Jack. She walks off with a new arrival and leaves Ronnie and Jack together. Jack tells Ronnie that Roxy has no idea about their deal. Ronnie tells him she doesn’t, and it’s going to stay that way. Peggy walks up, and Jack charms her by remembering her name and being a bit flirty. He goes to check the air unit.
Denise serves dinner and apologizes for not being the best cook. Kevin starts to serve when Denise speaks up. She tells Ian and Jane there is another reason they invited them over. They’d like to make a cash offer on their house. Kevin looks shocked.
Tanya and Max are greeted at the club by Jack. He tells Tanya she looks beautiful. Bradley and Stacey come in, and Tanya says it’s a whole family reunion. Ronnie tells Jack he’s seen what he needs to, and he should head on. He tells her he is going to stay and spend time with his family. Back at the bar, Stacey gets Bradley on the dance floor. Someone bumps into Tanya, so Jack takes her to the private lounge. Jack meets Phil for the first time.
Heather and Shirley hijack the DJ set, and Ronnie is fuming as Heather dances to “Hey Mickey.” Ronnie tells Roxy to get it under control. Heather is mad that the music is changed. Stacey and Bradley see Jean on the dance floor.
Denise and Kevin discuss the books. Kevin tries to stop Denise, but she’s determined. They come to terms with Ian and Jane and agree to buy 55 Victoria Lane. Darren gives Kevin a knowing look.
Shirley is going shot for shot with Vince, and he quits. He picks her up and carries her out. Shabnam asks if Carly should help. Carly says he’ll handle himself. Phil asks Max about his brother. Max tells him he’s not all that. Phil tells Jase to keep an eye on him. Stacey tries to tell Jean it’s time to go. Jean is having a good time.
Ian is drunk and wants to go dancing. He asks Kevin and Denise to go, but Denise begs off. Ian wonders what a drunk elf is doing at the bar. Jane gets Ian out of the pub. Heather buys Billy a pint and tells him that they are both one of a kind, unlucky. Billy says he’s not unlucky. She asks him why he’s sitting there drinking in an elf suit then.
Ian and Jane come in, and Jane tries to get Ian out. Ian tells them he’s there by special invitation. Phil says he’ll handle it. He says someone needs to tell those girls they aren’t in Spain anymore. The girls walk up, and Ian says he was just telling Phil how great it looks. Phil says he’ll watch him. Ian sees Steven and tells Jase he’s only 17. Stacey is trying to get Jean to leave. Jase tells Steven he has to go. Ian feels sick, and Jane tells him to take her home.
Carly and Shabs show Dawn she really needs to get her eyes checked as she mistakes a girl for a guy.
Shirley wakes up in her bed and wonders what Vince is doing there. He says he was putting her to bed. She tries to seduce him, but he says it won’t happen this way.
Billy comes home falling down drunk and lands in Honey’s neatly wrapped pile of presents.
Bradley comes in and speaks to Dot about Jean. She apologizes to him and tells him it hasn’t been an easy decision. He asks what decision. She tells him she wants them all to leave.
The girls are closing up the club, and Jack comes back in as Roxy leaves. Jack tells Ronnie that he’s bought a flat on the square. He also tells her that the late night opening isn’t going to work and on Monday they’ll be opening at 7:00 pm. He tells her sweet dreams and walks out.
