Ian runs out as he’s trying to call Lucy. She’s not answering. Jane asks Ian where he is going. He says to get his address. Jane tells him that he can’t drive as he’s been drinking all day. Ian yells back “Jane he’s got a pack of three alright! I saw it.” He tells her to keep trying Lucy. She’s not answering.
Lauren wonders if this is all her fault. Tanya tells her that she did the right thing. Abi says it’s a little bit her fault. Meanwhile, Lucy and Craig are making out and drinking. She says she thought they were going to go out. Tanya comes home, and Lauren is worried. She yells for Max. He comes in, and Abi asks him what a pack of three is. Tanya sends him off to find Ian to help him.
Jane comes back into the party and apologizes to everyone. Bradley says it’s alright and if he can help to let him know. Dot says she will pray for them and Mo says if that doesn’t work she knows someone handy with a baseball bat.
Max is rushing around and spies Ian. Max tells him to give him the keys. Ian says he’s driving. Max demands the keys. Ian is too angry to realize he doesn’t need to drive. Max gets him to hand him the keys. Ian tells him he’ll navigate.
Carly calls out to Dean as she comes out of the tube. He tells her that if it is about Sean, they have nothing to talk about. She asks him if they can talk. He says he has nothing to say. She tells him that it’s not over. He tells her it is and she just hasn’t realized it.
Yolande tells Patrick that they can’t go back to Trinidad. Patrick tells her that he is not going to stay there. She wonders why not? Does he think nothing bad ever happens there? He tells her not like there. She tells him that things change. He shows her his head and asks her if that looks safe? She tells him that she knows he’s frightened. Running back to Trinidad or some form of Trinidad is not the answer. This is their home now, where their life is, with Denise and the girls. Patrick remembers how he was before and how he would stand up to someone out of line. Yolande reminds him that his mother did not raise a quitter. He says he’s not sure he can be that way anymore.
Ian can’t believe how Craig took advantage. Max reminds him that he’s a boy and it’s expected. Ian says that makes it ok? He reminds him to wait till this happens with Lauren.
Bradley and Dot arrive in the Vic and meet Stacey. They discuss how boys were and how they have improper thoughts. She says Bradley and Stacey weren’t the types for all that though.
Lucy and Craig are still making out, and she stops and asks him when they are going to go out. He pushes back and tells her that he can take her home if she wants to go. She tells him, no, and he smooth talks her more.
Ian reminisces about how Lucy was when she was younger. Max joins in talking about Lauren and how she used to line her plasters up. Ian says it was a long time ago. Max tells him it isn’t his fault.
Craig and Lucy are making out again, and the condoms fall out of his pocket. Lucy jumps up and asks him what those are for? He tells her they are for later. Lucy says no she thought they were going to wait. He says they have waited. She says they can wait longer. He makes her feel guilty for playing him along, and she feels pressured and agrees to go down to his bedroom.
Dot asks Bradley and Stacey what kind of wedding they are going to have. Bradley says it will be a while before they can get married as they want a big church wedding. This makes Dot beam with gladness. He explains all the things they’ll need and how they might be able to get married by the Olympics. Dot says “well that’s 2012.” He says that he was thinking of the one after that.
Ian and Max are still driving. Max reminds him again this wasn’t his fault. Ian can’t believe he missed it. He wonders if she is lashing out. If she was trying to get his attention, then she’s doing an excellent job of it.
A delivery guy comes in, and Roxy tells him it’s around on the side. She’s confused by a Sunday delivery. Dot and Bradley are still discussing the wedding. She tells him that all that other stuff sometimes gets in the way. Bradley says he wants it for Stacey. The one time when she can shine and be the center of attention. The one day where everyone can see her the way he sees her every day.
Yolande says that Patrick can go to therapy. He doesn’t want to. She says it might help. She says not to do anything hasty. He says “hasty?” She says well you’re home not even a day and you’ve already sold the store and packed up and moved us to Trinidad. He gets frustrated and tells her he is going out.
Ian is beating himself up over the things that he exposed Lucy too. Max says “so you’re beating yourself up?” He says this is just Lucy being Lucy. Simple as that. She’s just a teenager. Ian says “you think it’s as simple as that. That what you do doesn’t affect your kids?” What you do matters, it affects your kids. Ian is upset because he didn’t notice it happen right under his nose. He goes on about how what he does and doesn’t do matters. He’s a dad. It’s his job. They pull up to the estates. They take off running.
Inside the room, Lucy is still dressed. Craig asks if she is ok. She tells him that she is a bit scared. He says don’t worry I have these. She says “Craig…” and he asks what. She says nevermind. Just about then Ian and Max bust through the door. Craig meets them in the hallway. Ian goes into the bedroom, and Lucy is buttoning her shirt. He spies the condoms on the bed. He comes out and rushes for Craig and Max stops him. They are screaming at each other. Lucy tells Ian that they didn’t do anything. Ian tells her to get her things together they are going home. Craig tells Max he could have him for assault. Max grabs Craig’s face. Craig says “what about my door?” Max says she’s 13!
Patrick is sitting on the bench in the square. He looks frightened as he gets up. Jane pops a balloon, and it scares him. Mo and Charlie walk up and ask him to come into the Pub to have a drink. Mo tells him that he can’t avoid it for long. He needs to climb right back up on the horse.
Ian tells Jane that Lucy is alright. Lucy apologizes. Ian gets angry when Craig calls Lucy. He takes her phone. She says to him that it isn’t fair he took her phone. Ian tells her “fair? You know what’s not fair? You are lying to me. You ruining my day. You taking up for that little punk.”
Roxy and Dean are talking about Sean. She can’t believe he used to work there. Dean is soaking up the attention for her. She gives him a drink on the house. Carly walks in at the other end of the bar. Ronnie comes out to grab Roxy for a minute. Roxy follows her. Mo is telling Patrick about the party at Ian’s and how he didn’t miss much. She is rather upset that there were no cheese and pineapple hedgehogs. Patrick is not listening. Carly walks over to Dean, and she tells him that she saw Sean.
In the back room, Ronnie asks Roxy if she notices anything. The place is empty. Ronnie asks her why she thought anyone would be working on a Sunday. Roxy says he had papers and a van. Ronnie noted well yes he’d need it to take all their beer! Why would she think he would be delivering on a Sunday. Roxy says that she is working on a Sunday. People work on Sundays! Ronnie says she is undoubtedly regretting her working. Ronnie tells her that was over 3000. Pounds. Roxy thinks they’ll get it. Ronnie is so upset.
Dot wants to help out with the wedding. Bradley doesn’t want her to do that. Bradley’s phone rings and it works. Dot goes out for a smoke.
Carly says it was hard seeing SEan locked away in there. She says it was the smell that got to her. It’s doing his head in. Dean asks her if he’s supposed to feel sorry for him. Carly says he’s where he belongs. Dean is shocked she changed her tune.
At home, Yolande picks up Patrick’s cup and looks at the map fo, Trinidad.
Back at the pub, Carly says that Chelsea had it out for Chelsea. She must have been waiting a long time for something like this so she can get revenge on him. She says it’s somewhat lucky that it happened like this. Him and Chelsea were going on and finding Patrick like this. She says she knows it is hard to stop something once it starts. He tells her that he didn’t start it. She asks him if Chelsea did.
Ian, Max, and Lucy arrive home. Jane comes running out. She grabs Lucy’s face, and Lucy pulls away. She asks if Lucy is ok. Ian says they got there in time. She thanks, Max. Ian says he always wondered what his kids would be like when they are older. Ian doesn’t think Lucy would do this if she were happier. Ian says he thought he was going to kill Craig. Max says he would have had it been Lauren. Ian thnks him for coming and asks him why he did it since he didn’t have to. Max says “well I’m a Dad.”
Max walks over to Bradley who is just finishing his call. He asks Bradley if he’s alright. Bradley says yeah. Max asks him if he wants a drink. They walk into the pub. Charlie asks Patrick if he wants another drink. Yolande walks in.
Back inside Dean and Carly are still talking about why he did it. She wonders if he is exaggerating what he saw. She tells him that if he didn’t see what he saw and Sean goes down for it, for 15 years, how will he feel if the real attacker goes and attacks someone else. How will he think? She tells him if you did see it then fine. Sean gets what he deserved. If he didn’t understand then now is the time to raise your hand and put a stop to it before it’s too late. He tells her ne needs a drink. Carly screams at him “how can you be like this? What is wrong with you?” Patrick yells at them to stop. He says the arguing and violence have to stop. He points to his head and say this is for real. He knows what it is like to be afraid and scared all the time now. He tells her she doesn’t know what happened. She says she doesn’t want the wrong person to go down for it. He says he was there. So was Dean and Chelsea and if it hadn’t been for them, he would be dead. He says that it is real young lady. What is she attacking Dean for what he did? She should be proud for what dean did. He says he was about to walk away from this life and he’s not going to be afraid. He tells her that he wants her to leave and she should grow up. Bradley says he supposed he didn’t see that coming. Max says he almost feels sorry for her. Bradley tells Max to join them. He says no. Bradley says they were discussing the wedding or how there won’t be one for a while. Yolande is impressed with Patrick’s speech. He says he couldn’t just sit there.
Ian comes in, and Lucy walks in. She tells him that she’s going to have a lie-down. She tells him she’s not a kid. He reminds her she is.
Max walks up to Bradley dot and Stacey. He tells them he wants to pay for the wedding.
Ian says al he wanted to do is hold her and stroke her head and tell her she is going to be alright. Jane tells him she’s okay. He says this time they were lucky. He is upset that she’s not 14 years old yet and hes taken her and ruined her and turned her against him. He tells Jane he’s going to make him pay.
