Ian is on the phone working on getting contractors in to repair his damage to the ceiling and wall. He quickly gets off the phone booking them in and tells Jane it’s all sorted. She inquires “how much?” She quickly decides she doesn’t want to know as it’s at least a thousand times more than the flaming sledgehammer. Ian whinges to Jane “I could have been killed, love!” Jane has no sympathy for him. Gus asks Ian how the building is going and laughs. Mo giggles as she says she heard Ian has a skylight in the living room. Ian doesn’t see their humor. He starts to yell at Roxy when she moves the trash bags from in front of the Vic. He says “to you?” He says Charlie will be none the wiser, will get his rent and all will be well. He tries to smooth it over, but Carly walks away.
Max answers the phone, but no one is there again. Tanya wonders what’s wrong with him. He tells her it’s the third time today that’s happened. She apologizes for having Jane and the kids there. He tells her it has nothing to do with them. She wonders what it is then and he storms off telling her just because he doesn’t run off at the mouth something must be wrong. He pushes by a startled Jane.
Charlie is clearing the table when Sean walks in and tosses the keys at Charlie. He wonders where Sean got them. Sean tells him, Carly. Charlie goes on about him being out all night and rent is due. Sean gives him half and tells him he’ll get the rest later. Charlie wants to know where he got it. Sean brushes him off and tells him he’s knackered and is going to have a shower.

She says that Stacey will look like a princess. Tanya is on the phone with Preeti and tells Abi to get a move on so they can go. Abi asks her if she can wear a pink bridesmaids dress for the wedding. Lauren tells her it’s not up to her. Tanya says it’s usually the brides choice and asks Max to chime in about it. He just gets up and says he’s going out.
Ronnie comes out to find the rubbish back at the door. She sees Billy passing out the leaflets for a buy one get one free at the cafe. She asks him what he’s doing handing them out. He tells her that Ian pays his wages. She reminds him he’s a Mitchell. He says “Oh so now I’m a Mitchell, eh cause yesterday I counted for nothing!” Inside Roxy is stacking a house of cards. Sean takes a beer, and Roxy tells him to pay for it. He says no. She flirts her way into his back pocket and digs out money to pay for the drink. He laughs and knocks down her house of cards. Billy walks into the laundrette with Gerber daisies in hand. Honey tells him “if you think a bunch of gerbils is going to make everything alright between us then you’ve got another thing coming.” Billy says no, he knew they were her favorite. He tells her that if she were a flower, she’d be one of them. They are wide open, not loads of layers like roses. Or fussy bits like fuschias. They are who they are, just like she is. Honey is listening as Billy says he’s sorry. He says she’s never given him any reason to doubt her. She tells him she’s glad he realizes it. He asks for forgiveness. She says it depends on how much jam is in the doughnut he’s going to get her. They hug and makeup.
Over in the cafe, Tanya and Jane are on about teenagers. Jane says she has a hard time because with Ian’s they’ll tell her she’s not their mum. Tanya says she’s Ian’s wife now she should be able to put her foot down. Jane shrugs. Jane hopes Max isn’t upset with them being there. Tanya says she’s sure that’s not it, and she’ll get to the bottom of it.

The phone is ringing again, but she just misses the call. She tells him the girls are excited about the wedding. He says he’s glad someone is. Tanya tells him if his mum doesn’t want her to be there. He waves her off and tells her it’s not that. He tells her she’ll have to get over that. Bradley says that his mum thinks it is ridiculous for him and Stacey to get married. He says it’s the first time his mum and dad might agree on something. He wonders if his dad set him up for the negative visit. Tanya tells him no, not at all. Bradley doesn’t understand why they can’t see that marrying Stacey is the best thing that has ever happened to him. All he wants is for them to be happy for him. Tanya says they’ll come round.
Roxy asks Ronnie if she’s sure about what she’s about to do as it’s a bit drastic. Ronnie says “We’re Mitchell’s aren’t we? Drastic is our middle name!” Sean asks if they are both going. They tell him they are not exactly busy and he can hold down the pub. Roxy tells him he shouldn’t complain. Outside Ronnie tells Roxy to stay away from him as she’s engaged to Damian. Roxy and Ronnie spy Jase spray painting the gates. Roxy tosses her shoes and chases after. She runs smack into Jase.
Jane is trying to talk to Ian about Lucy, and he’s just focused on the fact the cafe is packed. Jane says to him somewhat sarcastically; she’s glad to see he’s got his priorities straight. If she didn’t know better, she’d say he was becoming obsessed with those Mitchell sisters. He tells her not to be daft. Ronnie walks in with a shoe box. Ian welcomes her and says it’s a pleasant surprise. Jane asks her if the trade is so slow she went shoe shopping? Ronnie says she figured it was good business to check out the competition. Ian wonders if she could find a place to sit since it’s so packed. Ronnie finds a table. Jane heads out to check up on Lucy. Gus walks in wondering why Jim has invited him to a meal. He’s never done that before Gus says. Jim says he thought it would be a good time to catch up with Gus. Gus looks puzzled. Ronnie takes the opportunity to put the box on the floor.

She tells him her mum told her never to go home with strangers. She introduces herself, and he does the same. They head to his apartment.

Charlie tosses down the map book. He asks Sean if he thought he wouldn’t notice. He stays out all night, comes in flush with cash. He knows Sean used his cab. Carly walks in and is feeling very guilty. Sean denies it. Charlie tells him that the only reason he has allowed him to stay is due to Stacey. Charlie says he’s pulled his chain one too many times this time. Carly pretends the book is hers. Sean tells Charlie he owes him an apology. Charlie tells him not to hold his breath. He looks at Carly and tells her he’s disappointed. Sean tells Carly to take no notice of him. She tosses the book at him.
Outside the cafe, Ronnie calls for the number to the environmental health department. In Jase’s apartment, he’s helping clean her foot. She screeches and tells him she’s not a prized heifer. He quips back. She says he needs hand cream, as he’d be surprised how attractive smooth hands are to a woman. He asks her what makes her think he needs a woman. She says “want, needs, whatever!” He gets up to get her a plaster. Jay walks in, and Roxy realizes its the kid she was chasing. Jay tries to say it wasn’t him with the idea. She tells him he was the one with the spray can as she grabs him up. Jase steps in between them and tells her to take her hands off him. He says it’s his son and he’ll deal with him. Roxy hobbles out. Jay smirks that he told her. Jase doesn’t look too happy with Jay.
Abi and Tanya are crafting a bowl for Max. Abi hands it to him and tells him it’s for his office things and to cheer him up. Max hugs her and tells her it’s exactly what he needs. Tanya suggests a drive and Abi asks if they can take a picnic. He agrees, and Abi runs off to get Lauren. Tanya tells him that Bradley is home and his mum wasn’t too happy about the wedding. Max doesn’t seem shocked. Tanya tells him that this wedding is going to happen whether he likes it or not.
Sean is calling Carly and tells her that he will keep calling until she answers. Roxy is telling her about Jase. She says she couldn’t believe it, he was bad. He asks for a medicinal drink on the house. Sean gets a call. Jase walks in with the wheel to Jay’s bike. Roxy says people usually pay with money. Jase tells her that she can keep it until she thinks Jay has been punished enough. Roxy tells him he has unusual parenting skills. Billy walks in. Jase offers to buy her a drink. Billy walks up and asks Jase if he’s keeping it in the family. Jase and Roxy look confused. Billy explains; first, he’s hitting on his wife, and now he’s flirting with his cousin. Roxy tries to stop him. Jase tells Roxy to forget the drink and turns around nose to nose with Jase. Outside, Honey asks Mo where Billy is. Mo tells her he just popped into the Vic. Honey asks Mo to watch Janet for a quick second. Billy is telling Jase not to walk away from him. Jase tells him he doesn’t want any trouble. Billy tells him he’s not so tough after all. Roxy warns Billy off. Jase notices Honey has walked in and told Billy to go ahead and try it. Billy swings and misses. Jase pushes him off as Honey comes running yelling at Billy. She tosses her flowers at him. Jase storms off.
Ian discovers the empty box Ronnie brought in.
Jane greets Lucy at the door and asks her where she’s been. Lucy asks her why. Jane tells her she knows she wasn’t at the chippy. She tells Lucy she better get that skirt off. He tells her that it has nothing to do with her, it’s him. All the women are drolling over Jase, and that’s never been him. He says to her that she is so beautiful she could have any man in the world. She tells him that the only man she’s ever loved is him. Billy and Honey kiss and makeup.
Back at the pub, Carly arrives. Sean asks if she got his messages. She asks if he got hers. She tells him that she felt dirty lying for him. Lying is not who she is.
