Keith is stirring something as Ghingis barks in the background. Rob says he gets it; they are holding him hostage. He wonders if this is supposed to intimidate him. He says ok ok I understand it; I’m traumatized, scared. He asks if they are happy now. Keith asks him “your missus ain’t called yet has she?” Rob says she can’t she’s sectioned. Keith wonders if he’s uncomfortable. Mickey reckons he needs to use the bathroom. Rob says he does need to. Keith tells him about pregnant women. That the baby presses down on the bladder and that they need to wee a lot. He wonders if Dawn was able to use the loo while he kept her hostage. Rob says that she was, Keith calls him a liar because he had her cuffed to the bed. So apart from lying to her, imprisoning her and all he also took away her basic human needs. So no he can’t use the loo and suffer until he embarrasses himself. Rob blames the whole thing on May. Swears it wasn’t his fault. Garry says ‘and you call yourself a man” Rob says they are all victims. Mickey says he’s lucky they haven’t beaten him. Rob screams ‘I’ve put my wife in a psychiatric unit” Keith doesn’t believe him and says that he is just saying that to get themselves off the hook. Rob wonders if he thinks he’d lie about having his wife sectioned. Keith says yes he does because he and his wife have about all the morals of bleeding hyenas. He has Rob’s phone and says when his wife does call they’ll find out for sure. May is seen holding a doll and kissing its forehead.

The tube driver comes over the intercom to say they are working to get the train moving. The guy on the train tells her to do her breathing. Dawn is mortified at the thought of having her baby on the tube.

Ben tells Stella they should go home. Stella says they can’t because they will know he didn’t go to school and they’ll get in trouble. She tells him that she was trying to help him, to be better at sports to have his dad love him. Ben tells her to kick the ball back at him, straight in the face. Stella asks him to clarify that he wants her to kick the ball back at him in the face to make up for him doing it to her. She says “you said it was an accident that you didn’t do it on purpose.” Ben says he didn’t do it on purpose and didn’t mean it. Stella says she’s not going to do that then calls him a strange little boy asking to be hurt. She says she sometimes doesn’t know what to do with him.

Dawn is at the hospital, and they are helping her to a bed. They are asking how long she’s been in labor. They get her hooked up, and Dawn is panicked still. The doctor checks her and Dawn yells at her that she should have warmed her hands first. They give the pain relief to Dawn. Dawn tells them to call the Queen Vic and tell them she wants her family and Carly.

Carly and Dean are having a drink in the Vic and Patrick is talking to them about Shirley. Patrick says that was a brutal thing to do pushing her around like that. That they should show her some respect. Carly says “for her?” Patrick says they humiliated her in front of everyone. Sean sticks his nose in and tells Patrick to back off. Dee and Chelsea ask him to back off and that Patrick is entitled to say what he thinks. Sean tells them they must be looking for a rant and rave and maybe they need some primrose oil with their drink. Phil tells him to mind his mouth. Dee has a go at Sean. Phil tells them all to stop. Patrick tells Carly she should be ashamed of herself. Phil answers the phone and tells Carly it’s for her.

Rob tells Keith, Mickey, and Garry to go ahead and beat him up if that is what they are going to do. Keith tells him they aren’t doing anything like that, they are civilized. Garry passes a container of brown liquid to Keith. Rob wants to know what it’s for. Keith tells him that he’s going to let Ghingis do his stuff. Rob wonders if he’s going to get him to bite him. Keith says no that dog has the soul of a poet. Keith says that the dog loves his gravy. They grab Rob and pour the gravy on him while Ghingis is licking it off of him. Carly is at the door and tells them that Dawn is at the hospital and is having the baby. They leave Rob alone and run out.

Patrick is defending himself to Yolande. She tells him that he seems to be extra hilarious to older blondes today. First Peggy then Shirley, is he trying to make her jealous? Peggy walks up to say that Patrick’s birthday celebration will be wonderful. Yolande says Peggy would put a sausage on a stick and call herself a cook. She tells Patrick the shop is all sorted and she’s going home to pack and he’s coming with her.

Rob leaves, and May is seen holding the doll, and her phone is ringing. She is not in the hospital. She’s in a flat.

Dawn tells the hospital staff not to let Rob Minter anywhere near her. Nor his crazy wife May. Carly comes in, and Dawn is relieved. Dawn is sucking on the pain meds and tells Carly she’s scared. She tells Carly not to leave her. Carly says “it’s really happening! You’re going to be a mom!”

Shirley finds some booze and starts to clean her wounds and then drinks the bottle.

Phil is having a go at Peggy as she prepares the food for Patrick’s party. He wants her to sack Sean. Peggy tells him she’s not sacking him and he’s good at his job and she likes him. He doesn’t know why she’s going to all this trouble for Patrick. She says it’s Yolande’s fault for having a pop about the facelift. She’ll show her. Phil reminds her she won’t even be there. Stella and Ben come in. Phil asks how their day was. Stella asks if Peggy needs help. Stella gives Ben a job to do. But before he can go, she tells him to be careful because the toothpicks can be quite sharp. She pricks her finger until it bleeds.

Keith is instructing the staff not to let Rob or May in. Carly is helping Dawn through labor. Dawn asks her to sing her a song. Carly starts singing a show tune. Dawn is ready to push. Carly is singing, and Dawn is screaming. Rob is being escorted out of the hospital.

Phil tells Stella that she should never offer to help Peggy. Stella says that she and Ben were having a great time. Phil hears Peggy laughing and turns to see Sean and Peggy decorating. Phil rolls his eyes. Sean flirts with a few ladies. He walks up to Chelsea and tells her to be careful with a face like that; it might get stuck like that. She gets up and walks out. He asks Dee if it was something he said. Dee says no it’s just something you are. Dean tells him that one day someone is going to wipe that smug grin off his face. Sean leans in and says “are they,” Dean says one day someone is going to take you down. Sean tells him that it won’t be him though will it?

Chelsea and Dee come storming in as Pat sits watching the telly. Dee tells Chelsea to ignore him. Chelsea storms up the stairs. Pat asks Dee if it’s SEan again. Dee tells her and Carly. That they least she could do was to show a little bit of solidarity instead of shacking up with the bloke who brokers her stepsister’s heart. Pat takes a drink and then Dee tells her about what happened between Carly and Shirley. Pat grimaces.

Rob is on the phone and says he’s worried about her and to please call him when she gets this.

Ben comes down the stairs and sees his footy shoes. He looks in the mirror. Peggy is yelling at Phil to sort the storeroom. Phil sees Ben on the stairs and wonders what is going on. Ben says he is just thinking. Ben goes down to the storeroom and asks if he can talk to him. Phil’s phone rings and it’s Peggy telling Phil to ring the brewery.

Dawn’s baby is nearly born, and she wants to stop pushing. The doctor tells her that she needs to push. Dawn is irrational and says the baby is safer inside. Carly says she will keep singing. Dawn slaps her and Carly goes flying. She sees the baby. Carly tells Dawn she’s going to do this and she can do this. She tells her to push. Dawn pushes, and the baby is born. They hand Dawn her baby. She says “Hello Summer” May pulls up in front of the hospital!
